    Gavin Moores

    PRESIDENT, CO-FOUNDER

    Gavin is a licensed contractor and has 35+ years of construction experience. He has built over 850+ homes in Santa Barbara County from residential, commercial to large scale housing developments. His work spans from Summerland to Vandenberg Village. He is a dedicated building professional with a strong attention to detail and a vast amount of experience.

    Michael O'Flynn

    CFO, CO-FOUNDER

    Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has 18+ years of experience in leading construction and development related companies. He has an extensive background in construction cost accounting systems. He designed and implemented the paperless invoice approval system at CP Builders and has been with the team since its founding days.

    David Jaimes

    DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT MANAGER

    David has 30 years of construction experience, in which he has worked in Southern California as well as Nevada. He is knowledgeable in field supervision, purchasing, and project management. He has been with CP Builders for 15 years. David graduated with a degree in construction management from Cal Poly SLO.
