FAQs

  • We can develop your project from point A to point B. Before breaking ground, we work alongside you and our preferred group of independent designers, architects, and engineers to create a comprehensive understanding of what you want. During this process, as contractors, we provide valuable input to the team verifying that what you have in mind matches both your dreams and budget all while ensuring your new place evokes the feeling of home.

  • Before any real work can begin, permits must be obtained. Once that hurdle has been crossed, there is still a sizable amount of planning and organization needed to successfully execute your project. A good rule of thumb, especially for larger remodels and ground-up construction, would be four (4) to eight (8) weeks from signing the contract.

  • Typically we require that materials be sourced through our established suppliers to maintain project quality, timing, and warranty coverage. This approach ensures proper material selection, timely delivery, and protection from potential damage.

Hower, we understand the desire for specific items, such as speciality lighting or chandeliers, and are happy to accommodate owner-sourced purchases after necessary consultations.

  • Remodeling projects can be disruptive due to noise and dust. While it’s often best for homeowners to vacate the premise during construction, we understand this isn’t always feasible. For smaller projects like bathroom or kitchen remodels, we strive to minimize inconvenience. Hower for larger renovations, involving multiple areas, vacating the home is necessary to ensure efficiency and quality of work.

  • Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. For instance, a comprehensive whole-home remodel encompassing interior, mechanical systems, and other areas typically requires a minimum of nine (9) months.

We prioritize clear communication and provide detailed project schedules outlining expected milestones and completion dates before work begins.

  • We have a 3-step process where we will:

    1. Walk through the project once we complete construction with the customer and identify any items that need attention.

    2. At around the three (3) month mark we will send a sheet for you to fill out anything we may have missed on the initial walk.

    3. Approximately eleven (11) months after completion, we conduct a final inspection to ensure all warranty-related issues are addressed before the one-year (1) period expires.
